This is a Nationally reconized designation that gave me the tools to help people that are behind on paying their mortgages or people that through no fault of their own can not sell their home for enough to pay off the mortgage.
I was very glad that I took this training because I was able to learn that Short Sales while not the option most would want to choose they are a much better choice for a seller than just letting the home go to forclosure. And for a buyer a Short Sale can be an awesome option because you have the opportunity to get a property that otherwise would have been to expensive for you to purchase.
